As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Brisbane team. This pivotal role will see you lead large‑scale solar and BESS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, commercial success, and lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and collaborate with planning teams on detailed project schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate reporting and maintain accountability for successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience





- 5+ years managing large‑scale solar and/or BESS projects, including at least one solar farm of 50MW+.
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge of solar technologies, storage systems, and grid integration.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
- Solid financial acumen with expertise in contracts, cost control, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong external and internal relationships.
