Our team sits within Group Treasury in Finance, People and Engagement and delivers liquidity reporting to support regulatory requirements and balance sheet management. We work across regions to provide clear, high-quality insights that support effective decision making and risk management.
Role
In this role you will lead a team responsible for liquidity regulatory reporting and internal liquidity measures. You will drive improvements to data, processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting ongoing transformation and regulatory change. You will also build strong relationships across teams to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and create a culture of innovation and accountability
- Proven experience guiding teams through change as part of transformation programmes
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across central and business teams
- Experience in liquidity reporting, data management and compliance within financial services or another regulated sector
- Ability to improve business processes to deliver high-quality reporting, manage risk and lead change effectively.
