Lifeline Australia is seeking a friendly, organised and customer‑focused Customer Support Officer to support participants and donors during the 2026 Out of the Shadows Walk campaign.
Working approximately 4 hours per day across 4 days per week, you’ll be the first point of contact for participant and donor enquiries, help troubleshoot issues within our fundraising platform, engage with our Facebook community, and play an key role in delivering a positive supporter experience.
