You will lead employee relations strategies, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with project leaders to ensure sound practices and risk mitigation.

Required: 5+ years in ER/IR on major resources or construction projects, robust negotiation and stakeholder skills, and a degree in HR, Law or IR.
