Workways Australia Capalaba, QLD is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver high-quality customer service by matching clients to effective interventions and preparing them for employment. You will help customers overcome barriers, support their independence and wellbeing, and run group sessions to build non-vocational skills.
You will develop partnerships with community organisations and regularly review individual needs. A current driver's licence and WWCC/Police check are required.
