- Conduct WHS inspections and audits across office and field-based operations
- Provide expert guidance on risk identification, assessment and mitigation
- Analyse incident data and risk trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead incident investigations and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Report on WHS performance metrics to the Executive Leadership Team and relevant stakeholders
- Manage and enhance injury and illness management procedures
- Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes, and ensure internal processes reflect current best practice
- Identify WHS training needs, and assist in the design and delivery of targeted training programs
- Ensure the company meets its obligations under WHS legislation as a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU)
- Support effective consultation with workers and Health and Safety Representatives

- Represent the company at WHS forums and events to remain connected with industry developments

About You:

- You are an experienced WHS professional with a strong understanding of safety systems, compliance and risk.
- You take a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, and are comfortable working across varied operational contexts.
- You bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical know-how, and you are passionate about supporting people and building a strong safety culture.

To be successful in this role you will have:
