About the Role

Step into a rewarding leadership position where you will use your advanced clinical skills and experience to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Clinical Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will:

- Deliver specialist critical care nursing and lead clinical decision-making within a modern 16‑bed ICU and 4‑bed HDU.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to nursing teams, supporting protected, person‑centred care.
- Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage complex patient care.

About You

You are a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a passion for critical care and a drive to lead excellence in clinical practice. You thrive in dynamic environments and value collaboration, education, and patient‑centred outcomes. You will bring:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in intensive care nursing.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead others to achieve safe, high‑quality care.
- A commitment to continuous learning, research, and innovation in clinical practice.
- (Postgraduate qualifications in critical care or current enrolment highly regarded.)
