About the Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent role with a leading waste management and recycling company committed to sustainable solutions. Based at our Jandakot WA facility, you’ll join a cooperative team that values innovation, accountability, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial insights to support commercial decision-making
- Monitor cost centre performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with operational teams to achieve financial objectives
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant finance qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance or management accounting
- Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or similar industries (desirable)
