Como Preschool Kindergarten Assoc. Inc. is seeking casual educators who are genuinely interested in joining our casual pool. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an extended part of our preschool team while having the flexibility that comes with on‑call, casual work. We are specifically seeking Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care educators who are available at short notice between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Our Exceeding community preschool enjoys lovely facilities and a spacious, natural playground. We are convieniently located near Como train station and on street parking is available.

Key Responsibilities

Child Safety: Actively protect all children,



including an awareness of Child Protection Law and mandatory reporting obligations, alongside active supervision.

Facilitate Play: Guide inclusive, play-based learning and positively guide children.

Participate: Help with daily routines and maintain clean, safe spaces.

Teamwork: Assist ECTs and educators. Follow preschool policies, procedures, and duties reliably.

What We Are Looking For (Essential)

Qualifications: ACECQA-recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Certificates: Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR certification.

Experience: Proven experience in play-based early childhood education and care, including supporting children who have additional needs.

Availability: A genuine interest in on‑call work with high flexibility to step in at short notice between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Attitude: Punctual, reliable, calm, and skilled.
