Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical science professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for life-science and healthcare applications. Your deep expertise in clinical data, medical affairs, and healthcare communication will directly shape how AI understands and conveys complex biomedical information.

What You'll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare skilled audiences
- Validate clinical data interpretations, identify errors or misleading representations, and suggest improvements grounded in evidence
- Assess how well AI outputs reflect real-world medical affairs communication standards
- Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rating frameworks and written commentary
- Help ensure scientific integrity across AI models and training datasets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications,



with hands-on experience engaging healthcare professionals
- Strong ability to interpret clinical trial data, medical publications, and regulatory materials
- Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, medical director, or scientific advisor
- Clear and precise written communicator, able to articulate complex science in plain language
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for scientific accuracy
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
- Familiarity with AI systems or large language model outputs
- Background across multiple therapeutic areas
