Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their collaborative team and play a key role in supporting project delivery, compliance and commercial administration.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team-oriented team and play a key role in supporting project delivery, compliance and commercial administration.
About the role
This is a diverse role that offers far more than traditional contract administration. Working closely with the Construction Manager, CFO, Project Managers and Directors, you'll oversee project documentation, financial administration, compliance and contract management across multiple commercial projects.
You'll be involved from project setup through to completion, ensuring contracts,
reporting, invoicing and compliance documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project contract administration from tender through to project completion.
- Prepare project set-ups within SimPRO including project breakdowns and scheduling.
- Manage project claims, progress invoices and payment schedules.
- Monitor RFIs, contract variations, extensions and project documentation.
- Complete monthly retention reconciliations and assist with project financial reporting.
- Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and compliant.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator. Minimum 2 years' experience within commercial construction.
- Experience using SimPRO, Xero or similar construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project administration and compliance documentation.
- Experience managing RFIs, variations, progress claims and subcontractor documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
