Service Technician - Boat Repairs & Finishing (Shipwright works)
This is a hands-on role working across a variety of boat repair, maintenance and fit-out projects. We’re open to candidates withShipwright / marine experience or transferable skillsfrom industries such as spray painting, automotive repair, fibreglass work, cabinet making or similar trades.

What You’ll Do:
Fibreglass (FRP) structural and cosmetic repairs
2-pack paint preparation and finishing
Installation of onboard equipment and accessories
Cutting and fitting instruments
Interior timber/joinery repairs
Through hull fitting installation and replacements
Factory & vocational training
Enjoy solving problems
Pre-delivery of new vessels
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a hands-on trade (Shipwright, marine, automotive, spray painting, composites, cabinetry or similar)
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Solid work ethic and ability to manage time effectively
Own tools
Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites
Have the right to work in Australia
Experience working on boats
Boat licence
