As an Office and Manifesting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Team with the day-to-day administrative tasks, co-ordination and efficiency of our Transport Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between Supervisors, drivers and customers while maintaining a secure and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities: -

Ensure drivers receive correct paperwork prior to leaving the depot

Data entry of customer collections via email and phone calls

Support Schedulers with email and phone enquiries

Prioritise next day deliveries and bookings for local drivers.

Provide support to other departments when required

Organise onforwarding deliveries with other carriers

Ensure all driver paperwork is completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For: -





Preferably 2 years administrative experience working in a Transport and Logistics Environment

Familiar with bookings and co-ordination of carriers

Experience in Customer Service

Strong Computer skills and attention to detail

Excellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Full time - required to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of your 5 day shift
