We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assess their service requirements.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Communicate with technicians to monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Explain completed work and invoice details upon vehicle collection.
- Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at every interaction.





Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, independently and as part of a Team.
- Good computer literacy and experience using service management systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and Punctual
- Current driver’s licence.
