As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be an integral member of the project team, working on the transformation of Finsure's proprietary Infynity platform. You will work closely with the Product Owner and be responsible for leading the analysis and documentation of services and functional requirements within Project Metanoia. These requirements will underpin solution design activities and guide the development of future-state capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture and validate current business processes, assess opportunities for optimisation and the integration of AI and automation. By applying structured business analysis methodologies and frameworks, you will support the delivery of scalable solutions and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable Business Analysis capability within Finsure.

Document current broker platform and associated business process - Core Activities

- Maintain and update existing process documentation to reflect current state changes and improvements.
- Continued identification of inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Research and document emerging methodologies, industry best practices, and technological solutions.
- Create comprehensive assessments of AI and automation integration opportunities, including feasibility studies and impact analyses.
- Partner with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate (lead where appropriate) in stakeholder engagement both internal and external (Brokers, Third Parties) to validate improvement concepts and gather requirements for process enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to explore new ways of working and technology adoption.
- Support the Learning & Development team to produce training materials as required.

Delivery - Core Activities

- Develop and present business cases for process optimisation strategies and technology implementations.




- Build a backlog of potential features and functions that would enhance or optimise the user experience.
- Support the execution of approved improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable value delivery to the organisation Support the implementation of AI and automation solutions from concept through to operational deployment.

Business Analysis Practice Framework - Core Activities

- Apply structured business analysis methodologies to evaluate process effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Utilise established frameworks for technology assessment, risk analysis, and change impact evaluation.
- Develop and implement frameworks, standards and best practices to support and enhance Business Analysis capabilities across the organisation.
- Embed Business Analysis practices, templates to mature the BA capability within Finsure.
- Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced Business Analysts to support their development path as needed.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Extensive Business Analysis experience in Financial Services including lending.
- Documenting and mapping business process.
- Documenting functional requirements including user stories.
- Requirements traceability.
- Analysis and business process improvement.
- Self-starter, ability to set a framework for an ongoing BA capability or practice.
- Ability to converse effectively with business users as well as technical teams e.g. Development Squads.
- Excellent communication skills; effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Writing explicit, concise operational process.
- Microsoft products including Viso, Project and Office Well organised.
- Ability to be effective in a cross functional team.
- Ability to influence.
- Effective time management skills, ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Working knowledge of KYC, AML, ABC.
- Successful track record of producing results in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management experience including waterfall and agile approaches.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing.
- Experience in training users or train the trainer.
