Store Manager (IGA Supermarkets) – Local & Regional Locations (Western Australia)

We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead IGA supermarket operations across local and regional Western Australia, including the North West, South West, and Eastern regions. We are a thriving business with extensive and exciting future expansion.

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supermarket environment in a comparable Store Manager or senior leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control and financial performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work autonomously

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Locations: Local and Regional Western Australia (North West, South West, East).
