About the role

Reporting to the COO, you'll work across financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, commercial analysis and business partnering, while ensuring strong financial controls and operational excellence continue to underpin business growth.

You'll lead an established finance team and play a key role in building capability, creating alignment and fostering a collaborative, accountable and service-minded culture.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead and develop the finance function.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team.
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis.
- Drive financial strategy, governance and business performance.
- Build meaningful reporting and insights to support better decision-making.
- Strengthen financial systems, processes and internal controls.
- Lead continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and processes.
- Partner with leaders to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Manage external relationships including auditors, banks and advisers.
