Infosys in Melbourne is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide end-user IT support across office, client sites and remote locations. You will install, configure, and manage IT infrastructure, ensure devices meet security and patch requirements, and onboard recent hires via WebEx.
You’ll collaborate with Delivery, Facilities and Information Security teams, support audits, and manage assets and vendor quotes for project needs. A tertiary IT/CS degree is required.
