This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join the business and take ownership of site-based delivery across a range of civil infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of work, the company is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with proven Council and Transport project experience who can lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civil infrastructure projects.
- Lead site crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
- Manage daily site operations in accordance with project programmes and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate plant, labour, materials and subcontractor resources.
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, scopes and project documentation.
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site briefings.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with HSEQ requirements and company standards.
- Identify and proactively manage site issues, risks and constraints.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records, diaries, reports and project documentation.
- Monitor quality of works and ensure construction activities meet required standards.
- Assist with project planning, programming and sequencing of works.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and handover activities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, transport authorities and project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction.
- Council and Transport project experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations.
- Demonstrated experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Solid understanding of site safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to site supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against project programmes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant civil construction qualifications or industry tickets will be highly regarded.
- White Card and relevant site-based qualifications/tickets are required.
