Your part in our Lifeline team

Workingoutof our Mackay Distribution Centre, you will:

- Sort and categorizea large volumedonated goods, and discard unsaleable items

- Pick and process orders

- Maintainwork stationsand storage areas in a clean and tidy manner,including moving stock and rubbish toallocatedareas

- Ensure all paperworkrelativeto your role is recorded accurately andon a daily basis

- Work harmoniously with volunteers and other employees to promote a positive team environment

Important:

This role involves repetitive tasks such as lifting, carrying,standingand walking forlong periods. Due to the physical nature of theroleit is an inherent requirement that all applicants be able and willing to doall ofthe above tasks with no restriction. This role is working in a warehouse environment that is exposed to cold temperatures in winter, and hot temperatures in summer.
