JTTW Group Pty Ltd in Current South Wales is seeking a full-time Sushi Chef (Cook) to join Kobe Wagyu, a busy Japanese restaurant. The successful applicant will prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and food safety.
Annual Salary: AUD 80,000 plus Superannuation. Duties include preparing a variety of Japanese dishes including sushi and Wagyu, operating kitchen equipment, portioning and presenting meals, and upholding food safety
