- Salary $130,000 to $165,000 + Super, negotiated based on capability
- Hybrid working and adaptable start/finish times (7:30am‑8:30am start; 4:00pm‑5:00pm finish)

What You’ll Do

- Initial client consultations
- Strategic legal advice
- Parenting matters
- Property settlements
- Mediations
- Court appearances
- Drafting applications, affidavits, submissions and other documentation

Qualifications

- 3 to 8+ years' PQE in Family Law
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Confidence managing your own matters with appropriate support




- High emotional intelligence and a sense of humour
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A collaborative approach
- A genuine passion for helping clients navigate life’s most challenging moments
