What You’ll Be Doing

- Making high volume outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling grind!)
- Creating genuine opportunities for the Sales Team by qualifying business owners
- Smashing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Handling objections with confidence, curiosity, and charisma
- Becoming a product and CRM expert
- Delivering standout customer service that builds real relationships
- Representing a brand that’s making waves in the business finance space

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

- Have 1 year of sales or call centre experience
- Thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment




- Bounce back quickly and push through the “no’s” to reach the “yes”
- Bring positive energy, confidence, and strong communication skills
