Job Description of CyberArk L2 Ops Engineer in Sydney

Experience

Experience 5-14 Year

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in support of user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks, and general IT security policies.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory related to user/group provisioning.
- Knowledge and experience with Privileged Access management solution.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting would be an advantage.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., SSCP, Security+ etc) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Identity lifecycle, provisioning/de-provisioning, workflow automation, and compliance controls.
- Enable and facilitate access to information and digital assets according to the expected industry standards, security practices and security policy of bank.
- Work on and troubleshoot access related incidents in Service Now.
- Manage and monitor privileged users through a framework that reduces the risk of credential theft while enabling credential management and authentication in a secure manner.
- Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
