Talenza is seeking an experienced HRIS Application Manager to lead a team of four specialists in supporting and maturing payroll systems. You will manage IChris (Chris21) and transition towards Workday, ensuring reliable service and robust stakeholder engagement in a large enterprise.

Reporting to the Head of HCM, you will balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate upgrades while maintaining security and governance across payroll
