The role is responsible for assisting the line manager in conducting market research, analyzing competitor and industry trends, monitoring sales, and evaluating corporate product and service performance.

Main Duties

- Assist line manager in conducting market research to identify gaps and opportunities within business products and services;
- Assist line manager in analyzing competitor offerings and industry trends to inform product development;
- Assist line manager in creating detailed product and service specifications and documentation;
- Assist line manager in monitoring product and service performance and making adjustments as needed;
- Produce sales dashboards, sales reports and monitor their performance;
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform future product and service development initiatives;
- Prepare presentations and reports for manager;
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Skill/Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field;
- Knowledge of data analysis;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- Power BI, SQL and/or other reporting software;
- Robust presentation skills;
