Loss Prevention Intelligence Coordinator

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Loss Prevention Triage Coordinator to join our Loss Prevention team. Reporting to the Central Loss Prevention Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying risk, analysing incidents, supporting investigations and helping protect our people, stores and assets.

This role operates on a rotating roster, including weekend coverage, with weekend shifts worked remotely from home.

What You'll Do

Analyse incident reports, CCTV footage and intelligence data to identify risks and trends.

Triage and upscale theft, fraud, organised retail crime and safety incidents.

Support Loss Prevention teams with actionable intelligence and investigation referrals.

Monitor compliance, identify process gaps and provide insights to reduce shrink.

Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, WHS and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

What You'll Bring





Experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, Asset Protection, Intelligence, Security or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with CCTV, incident management or intelligence platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights that make a difference.
