You will review contracts and commercial dealings to ensure regulatory compliance in a global manufacturing business and help develop and maintain risk management solutions.
You will draft and review NDAs and internal policies, advise on gaps in compliance, and provide guidance on a range of laws including privacy and corporate law, engaging with stakeholders
