We’re seeking a hands‑on Territory Sales Manager who knows our customers and is ready to drive sales and brand recognition across the state. Responsibilities

- Maintain an active presence in market with business customers, maintaining existing relationships and developing new business.
- Develop and execute on sales plans, including telephone and in‑person prospecting, regular call cycles and community event participation.
- Understand the pipeline of demand and collaborate with functional teams to ensure sales activity is integrated into overall business plans
- Ensure written and spoken communication is consistent with our brand promise for each product offering to the target audience.
- Leverage marketing initiatives, product launches, promotions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on the in‑field impact of marketing activity.
- Analyse and describe market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity

Requirements

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fashion, outdoor apparel, or footwear industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the regional and rural Australian business environment and social communities.
