The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a Training Consultant for MOCA to lead education and wellbeing initiatives that reduce restrictive interventions and support staff in managing acute mental state deterioration. You will collaborate with Learning & Development, RMH OVA, and Nursing leadership to embed MOCA into a hospital-wide training model and build local trainer capability.

You will promote post-incident wellbeing via psychological first aid, reflective practice, and resilience-building,
