A boutique MSP in North Sydney is searching for a Service Desk Analyst who brings energy, curiosity, and a can‑do attitude every day.

This role isn’t just tickets — you’ll also support the project team on deployments, upgrades, and onsite work, giving you hands‑on exposure to real technical growth.

You’ll begin onsite while you learn the setting, then transition into a hybrid model (1-day WFH per week) once training and the initial ramp‑up period are complete.

What You’ll Work With

- Microsoft 365 (tenants, configs, conditional access)
- Networking (routers, switches, APs)
- Backup systems, patching, documentation tools
- Project tasks: hardware rollouts, upgrades, onsite deployments

Your Day-to-Day

- Resolve tickets with speed, accuracy, and ownership
- Support users via phone, email, and remote tools
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, access issues, password resets
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity problems
- Perform remote + onsite support




- Assist senior engineers with project work
- Work closely with a team that mentors and supports your growth

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

- Level 1/2 experience supporting users across Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking environments
- 2+ years’ experience in an Australian MSP or similar environment (Local MSP experience is essential due to client expectations and workflows.)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional vibe
- A proactive, energetic approach to learning and problem solving
- Interest in Microsoft, cyber, networking, or cloud pathways
- Ability to work onsite in North Sydney when needed
- Local tertiary education (TAFE, Uni, or IT courses) is highly regarded

Nice to Have

- Microsoft certifications
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and high‑priority users
