Peninsula Cardiology Group is seeking a confident and compassionate receptionist to join our friendly, purpose-driven team, supporting our cardiologists as they care for the hearts of our community.

About Us:

Peninsula Cardiology Group is a respected and well-established specialist cardiology practice providing expert care across three consulting locations:

- Northern Beaches Hospital
- The SAN Clinic, Wahroonga
- Mona Vale

Our cardiologists are supported by a dedicated, friendly administration team who provide efficient, compassionate care to patients and referrers, while enjoying a supportive, harmonious workplace where colleagues get along, share a laugh, and make every day a positive and pleasant experience.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our practice three to four days per week, with occasional additional shifts available to support leave coverage.

You will work closely with our cardiologists, supporting their consulting sessions and accompanying them across all three clinics.



This role offers excellent continuity and the prospect to build meaningful relationships with patients and the clinical team.

This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time work in a highly regarded specialist environment.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Has previous medical reception experience (specialist practice highly desirable)
- Is confident with Genie software and medical billing workflows
- Communicates with warmth, empathy and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and time-management skills
- Is reliable, organised and thrives in a busy clinic
- Has a patient-centred mindset—every interaction matters
- Loves being part of a supportive team and is ready to contribute from day one
- Lives near Wahroonga, Turramurra, St Ives, the Northern Beaches or surrounds (ideal, but not essential)
