We’re partnering with a leading financial services business to recruit an experienced Change Lead for a 12-month daily rate contract, working on a large-scale regulatory compliance program kicking off shortly.

About the Program

You'll be joining at the very beginning of a major, enterprise-wide initiative - owning the end-to-end change strategy and execution across multiple workstreams, alongside a team of Change Managers. This program has both regulatory and transformative business outcomes at its core.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead full lifecycle change delivery across a multi-stream, cross-functional program
- Shape and execute strategic change enablement plans (readiness, engagement, learning)
- Partner closely with senior executives to influence decision-making under tight timeframes
- Balance regulatory urgency (APRA, ASIC, etc.) with long-term transformation goals
- Drive measurable outcomes – adoption, behaviour shift, and performance uplift
- Support sponsor alignment and readiness frameworks during the early shaping phase
- Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory change programs (12+ months)
- Robust background influencing at the executive level and managing trade-offs
- Expertise in navigating ambiguity, resource constraints, and evolving program scope
- Financial services industry experience is highly regarded
