We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who are keen for a change of pace and a new challenge. Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through calls, referrals, or leads.
- Explain our investment and insurance products to clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and guide them accordingly.
- Help clients with account opening and required documentation.




- Look for opportunities to offer additional products or services.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Work with operations and compliance teams to complete client processes smoothly.

Skills Required

- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds and SIPs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of CRM or client management systems.

Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Come and work in a place that is stable, secure and on the up in the Insurance Industry.
