Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Community Connect Worker for Eagleby to support individuals, families and community members by providing information, referrals and responses to presenting needs.
You will develop activities to engage the Eagleby community, provide brokerage to access services, and help families participate through planning and capacity building, while completing reports, data collection and health and safety tasks.
