Allied Pinnacle, a long‑standing flour milling and bakery business, seeks a Food Technologist – R&D; for a 12‑month fixed‑term role based in Kingsgrove, NSW.
You will conduct research on emerging food technologies and ingredients, lead evaluations to support growth, and develop formulations across breads, sweet goods and functional nutrition.
Apply expertise in ingredient functionality and baking tech to solve product challenges, and maintain product specs, trial reports and project documentation.
