Laing O’Rourke, with joint venture partner Amentum Australia, will playa central rolein supportingAustralianNaval Infrastructure (ANI)to develop and deliver theNuclear-PoweredSubmarineConstructionYard(NPSCY)project at Osborne, South Australia.We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure,site‑widenuclear licensee developmentexpertise,
and nuclear safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within the time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
- Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, identification of risks, and interface with clients and authorities, and support the Project Director to ensure client and community expectations are managed.
- Actively promote continuous improvement and innovation
- Build balanced teams with the right skills and behaviours; invests time and energy to coach and develop talent.
- Work with and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
About You
- Extensiveexperience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- A degree in engineering or construction management.
- Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution.
- You will have a communication style that is adaptable from dealing with technical through to presenting information to asset owners/stakeholders
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
