You've stopped learning much from your own caseload.
That's not arrogance, it's year six. The shoulders make sense, the reasoning is quick, and the referral everyone else avoids is the one you find interesting. We're hiring for the next part.
The role.
Half is what you already do well: your own caseload, three days a week, complex musculoskeletal, sports, post-op and persistent pain, full autonomy over how you treat.
The other half is why we're advertising. You'll run our weekly PD session, mentor our graduates properly, audit clinical files, and own the standard this practice treats to. That work is timetabled and paid. It doesn't get bumped for a walk-in.
About us:
Independent, owner-operated, on Wells Street. Physios, a myotherapist and a chiropractor who actually consult each other about shared patients. We're growing,
which is the pitch and the warning both: you'd help build the structure rather than inherit a finished one.
What we require:
Unrestricted Ahpra registration, five-plus years post‑grad. You enjoy teaching rather than tolerate it. Fluent across WorkSafe, TAC, NDIS and Medicare.
The offer:
Three days, permanent part time, your choice of days. Above‑award hourly plus commission. Paid non‑clinical hours for mentoring, written into your contract. Real progression as we scale.
