GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and New Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career qualified seeking growth within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

- Provide tele‑ and on‑site technical support as well as post‑sales support.
- Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
- Report and follow up with head office on product failures with clear documentation.
- Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
- Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow‑ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.




- Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
- Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Team‑player who works effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Friendly, positive, and customer‑driven attitude.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to frequent travel.
- Valid driving license.
