About the role:
- Clinic based in Ascot Vale with no travel to clients required
- See predominantly paediatric clients with the opportunity to see some adults if desired
- Varied paediatric caseload with referrals tailored to your interest area
- Common conditions include ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and more
- Provide therapy around areas including gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation and self-care
Support Structure:
- New Graduates and Early Career clinicians up to 3 years experience receive weekly supervision from an in-house supervisor
- Discipline specific and cross discipline meetings fortnightly
- Gradually increasing billable targets based on your comfortability
- Collaborative work culture allows you to benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team
- Monthly one on one meetings with the Occupational Therapy Team Lead
- Fortnightly meetings with the director to check in on how you're going
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
