We have an immediate D&C; Estimator opportunity with a commercial and industrial builder in Brisbane.
We are also looking to connect with Civil, Electrical and HVAC/Mechanical Estimators for opportunities across Sydney and Melbourne.

About the Company

People8 is working with an established Queensland commercial and industrial builder to appoint an Estimator into its Brisbane team. Operating in a D&C; environment, the business has a strong repeat-client base, hands-on leadership and a focus on quality project delivery.

Beyond Brisbane, we are also working with businesses across Sydney and Melbourne and are keen to hear from Estimators within Civil, Electrical, HVAC/Mechanical, Building and broader construction and infrastructure markets.

Requirements

- Estimating experience within D&C; Building, Civil, Electrical, HVAC/Mechanical or Infrastructure.
- Experience with tenders, take-offs, scopes, subcontractor/supplier pricing and cost estimates.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, project costs and commercial risk.
- Must already have full working rights in Australia.
