Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM solutions.
- Assist in designing and optimizing SAP Cloud ALM processes, including project management, incident management, change management,



and system monitoring.
- Work with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP Cloud ALM with other enterprise systems.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM applications, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP Cloud ALM and work with SAP support to resolve problems.

- System Maintenance & Upgrades:

- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the latest functionality and security.
- Monitor the health of SAP Cloud ALM environments and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that SAP Cloud ALM meets business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions for end‑users on SAP Cloud ALM best practices.
