Westpac Group is seeking a part-time Personal Banker to join our branch in Mackay. You will engage with customers in person and over the phone to uncover financial needs, using product knowledge to guide banking solutions and reference Home Loans and Business Banking teams as needed.
With a focus on sales targets and exceptional customer service, you will also coach customers on digital banking and support their financial goals. Training is provided to help you flourish in your current role.
