Overview

Dynamic and experienced Delivery / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and data-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise program management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage global teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and oversee delivery of Dynamics D365 programs and data-driven solutions across multiple workstreams
- Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Build and maintain solid client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for program updates and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solution integrity and business alignment
- Drive program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies




- Ensure high-quality delivery through agile or hybrid methodologies
- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, teams, and leadership

Required skills

- Strong understanding of data platforms, integration, and analytics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
- Experience in client-facing roles
