Neami National is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Worker in the Community Living Supports program to deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented psychosocial support to people living with severe and complex mental health challenges in community settings.
You will provide outreach support in clients’ homes, help build daily living skills, support wellbeing and housing/education goals, and use trauma-informed practice and Neami’s Team-oriented Relational Practice.
