Customer Support Representative - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What we are looking for:

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Mechanical aptitude or a genuine interest in how engines, vehicles or equipment work; experience from automotive, motorcycles, caravans, cycles or similar industries will be highly regarded.
- Confidence using systems and learning new technology, with a mindset open to evolving tools and processes.
- A positive attitude, sound judgement and willingness to learn.
