Signature Care is opening a brand‑current 180‑bed aged care home in November 2026. We seek a compassionate Resident Wellbeing Coordinator to lead the commissioning phase from September 2026, shaping culture, programs and staff leadership from day one.
You will establish the wellbeing vision, recruit and mentor assistants, and ensure residents’ warmth, dignity and belonging throughout the launch period.
