Flourish Australia is seeking a Peer Worker or Mental Health Worker to join the Sydney Accommodation team, supporting people with lived experience of mental health challenges to achieve recovery goals.

You will work across Camperdown, Ashbury, Leichhardt and Petersham on a 24/7 rotating roster, casual, with drivers licence and access to training and development opportunities. This role values lived experience and commitment to recovery-based practice.
