Vibrance Speech Pathology is a growing practice that provides communication assessment and intervention services for paediatric clients and their families. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic allied health assistant to join the team!
The ideal addition to our team will be passionate about helping children and their families to achieve success. They will build their clients’ confidence while engaging them in fun, interactive therapy that helps them to develop social skills, be understood by others and to share their needs, wants and dreams. This is a great opportunity for a university student studying allied health or education to work in a flexible and supportive setting.
The allied health assistant will:
- Deliver fun and interactive therapy sessions to clients, under the supervision of a speech pathologist.
- Develop therapy resources with guidance and supervision from a speech pathologist.
- Document their client's progress in therapy sessions.
- Engage with the supervising speech pathologist to receive and deliver intervention plans,
moving their clients towards communication success.
- Participate in supervision and professional development.
In return, we offer flexible scheduling to allow for other life commitments and career mentoring from a speech pathologist and clinical educator with extensive experience working in public healthcare, private practice and tertiary education. Full training and PD opportunities will be provided.

Selection criteria:
- Experience, interest and passion for working with children and a current Working With Children Check.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to participate in supervision.
- Proficiency with client management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Own car and current driver’s license.
