What will you do?

- Lead and support project teams from start to finish, ensuring clarity, materials, sequencing, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain and boost team morale, keeping the workforce motivated, positive, and focused.
- Transform projects from the business development stage into site‑ready packages.
- Provide supervision and support to site teams, mitigating problems before they arise.
- Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across all projects.




- Attend sites as needed to lead, check quality, and keep teams moving efficiently.
- Manage client communication, including pre‑starts, progress updates, project meetings, and close‑outs.
- Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and procedures.

What will you need?

- Construction or trade qualification (essential).
- Experience managing projects ranging from $300K–$2M.
- Experience working on commercial roofing projects such as schools, sports centres, or architectural roofing.
- Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship.
